Borrego Springs Resort Wedding ~ Lindy and Mike

This was a very very special wedding for me!!!
It was the wedding of my dear friends Lindy and Mike. I have been looking forward to this wedding for a very long time. These two are incredibly special people. I met Lindy about 6 years ago while working at SeaWorld. Lindy is a killer whale trainer!!! This girl has talent just ooozing out of every pore of her body. Not only is she an excellent swimmer but a gymnast, dancer, singer, and a pilot. Yes, this girl can fly planes too! She is beautiful inside and out.
She met Mike while working at SeaWorld. Guess what? He’s a pilot too! So is her Dad and her brother…. noticing a theme here?
Enter the wedding of the century…………
The gorgeous ceremony took place at the Borrego Springs Resort. What a stunning backdrop. The skies were clear, we were surrounded by palm trees and you could see the majestic mountains in the distance.

They wrote their own vows…I just love that

She’s just radiating with happiness…..

Then it was off to the reception. The reception took place at the Fordem family home in Borrego Springs. Lindy’s parents happen to own a plane and have an airplane hanger attached to their home!!!
The grand entrance was none other than in a plane.
YES they arrived by plane!!!!!!!!! How cool is that????
…I told you it was the wedding of the century

After they arrived, they had a stunt pilot show off a few maneuvers. The crowd was in awe…..and so was I !!!!

The dancing and partying went well into the evening! Such a tight nit group of people. Its rare when you find so many wonderful people under one roof.
Lindy and Mike… it was an honor to be there. Thank you for trusting me with your life’s most precious memories….love you both!
